I've seen wood steps mounted on a ladder on the Obsesion Web site picture gallery and thought it was a good idea. A co-worker had some Ash tongue and groove wood leftover from a flooring project and offered me a few pieces. I purchased the "L" brackets and nuts and bolts from a Lowe's home center. |
The extra wood rungs work out very well. I only use the top rung to mount the OTA. Never for observing. The lower rung comes in handy too. |
The trailers other use. Hauling my motorcycle around the country. And the little 12" Antares Dob too! |
